Darryl Locke, Head Coach
Darryl Locke comes to The Northeast Generals in his 1st year with 26 years of coaching experience. Coach Locke has coached at every level of hockey from youth to juniors. Most recently, Coach Locke was the Varsity Assistant at Everett High School. Before that he was a coach at Winchester High School. Coach Locke has coached in such prestigious organizations as The Advantage Ice (Lovell Hockey), NY Saints, Prince Edward Island Prospects (Canada), and South Shore Braves Jr. Team to name a few. Coach Locke brings a wealth of experience as a player having been a two-time Catholic League All-Star and three time Hockey Night in Boston All-Star, while at Columbus High School. Coach Locke was captain of The New Preparatory School under coaches George Kozak and Ned Bunyon. Coach Locke played junior hockey for The South Shore Braves and then moved onto SUNY-Plattsburgh.
Bryan Erikson, Assistant Coach, General Manager
Bryan Erikson is an Asst. Coach and General Manager of the Northeast Generals and has over 18 years of coaching experience.
Coach Erikson has worked closely with his father at Hockey Plus!, one of the most successful and long running (42 years and counting) hockey camps on the South Shore serving as the head of the camp for the last 15 years, overseeing and training all of the staff. While at Hockey Plus! Coach Erikson has coached over 2,200 youth hockey players on the South Shore of Massachusetts.

- Head Coach – Hockey Night in Boston
- Head Coach – Bay State Games
- Head Coach – Boston Junior Terriers U18 Tier 1, Bantam & Squirt levels
- President – Coastal Stars Youth Hockey
- President – Yankee Conference Hockey League, which oversees 100 teams in Massachusetts
- President/Head Coach – South Shore Selects U19 tournament team
- President – Mass Elite Hockey, 18 team Spring/Summer Hockey League for the Elite Hockey Player (Pee Wee – U18)
Bryan has also been a math teacher for the over 10 years in public and Dept. of youth services.
Bryan Harrington, Assistant Coach
Bryan enters his 3rd season as an Assistant Coach with the Northeast Generals. Bryan has an extensive background in hockey both as a Coach and an official. Bryan started his Coaching in Franklin and has since gone on to Coach at Tri-County High School for the past 5 years. He also is the Seminar Coordinator for Officials for USA Hockey. Bryan, an outstanding ref, is a great asset on the bench for the Generals.
Brendan Collins, Assistant Coach / Head Coach U18 Tier 1 Generals
Brendan finished his Junior Hockey playing career with the 2015-2016 season. He played for the Generals in their first year as a program and was a key contributor to the team both in the locker room and on the ice. A defenseman with elite hockey sense, Brendan enters his second season as an Assistant Coach with the NA3HL team and his first year as the Head Coach of the U18 team.
Ted Lopes, Strength and Conditioning Coach
Ted is the owner of MX3 Protocol (http://mx3pro.com/). Ted has extensive experience in training athletes of all ages in order for them to maximize their full potential. Each player will meet with Ted several times a week to work out, stretch and assess their fitness progress in our on-site gym.
